Who we are

ONDA24 is an audiovisual production company based in Mexico City and Madrid. This notice explains what personal data we receive through this site, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we receive

Only what you write in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the message about your idea or project.

As on any website, the server may log basic technical data about your visit, such as the IP address and browser type.

What we use it for

To answer your message and talk about your project. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it and we don't share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Who is involved

This site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores form messages on our behalf. If you play a video, it loads from YouTube and that platform's policy applies. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms' policies apply.

Because of this, your data may be processed outside Mexico and the European Union.

Cookies

This site doesn't use its own cookies or analytics or advertising tools. Embedded YouTube videos may store information in your browser when they play.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation about your project lasts and the time needed to meet possible legal obligations. If you want us to delete your data sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the use of your data (ARCO rights, in Mexico) and, if you are in the European Union, also erasure, restriction and portability.

To exercise them, write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram from the contact page, tell us what you would like to do and we will reply. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can go to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this notice

If we change it, we will publish the new version on this same page.
